Order Processing & Production Time

  • All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2–7 business days to produce, depending on the item.

  • Items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery, especially when fulfilled by different production partners.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once production is complete, your order will ship. Delivery time depends on your location:

  • United States: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–30 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–30 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery timeframes. Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, shipping carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

 

International Shipping & Customs

  • We offer international shipping to many countries. Available destinations and shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information, when available.

  • Some international orders may have limited tracking depending on the carrier and country.

Split Shipments

To ensure quicker delivery, items in a single order may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different production partners. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment when applicable.

 

Delays & Delivery Issues

We strive for timely delivery, but once your order has shipped, we rely on third-party carriers. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
